This page describes how Modular OS (the "Service") collects, uses and shares information during early access. It is a draft and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before general availability.
Who operates the Service
Modular OS has not yet been incorporated as a separate legal entity. The operator will be named here when it is. Until then, questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
Information we collect
Details you send through the contact form (name, work email, company, plant size, message); account information for app users (name, work email, role); and the production, sales and billing records your organization enters into the app. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
To reply to demo requests, to operate and improve the Service, and to support your team. The Service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Data retention
Account and production data is kept while your account is active. If you leave, we hand your data over and then delete it on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Use the contact form to ask.
Changes
We will update this page and its note at the top when we make material changes.
